About This Item
London: Collins, 1930. Photoplay edition issued to coincide with the British release of the Paramount musical directed by Ernst Lubitsch and starring Maurice Chevalier and Jeanette MacDonald. Lightly used copy with hinges starting and some faint mottling to the cloth in a very good bright dust jacket with two small internal tape repairs and a few small tears and slight edge wear. The dust jacket is illustrated on the front and rear panels with a color painting of Chevalier wearing a military uniform carrying MacDonald dressed as a bride in his arms.
