About This Item

Macmillan & Co, 1908. Book. Good. hardback. hardback, four volume set, octavos, green cloth lettered gilt to spines. An institutional ex-library set, no labels and stamps confined to the pastedown and foot of the title pages. The bindings of volumes I, II & IV remain tight, that of volume III is cracked to the front hinge but the stitching of the text block is sound. A good heavy set, an order for which from localities outside the United Kingdom, may attract a request for additional postage..
