I first read this book in the 80 , it an amazing read in the sense it come from first hand experience of the character and her feeling and involvement with the other characters . It's a great read really keeps you turning the pages and as you get to know the whole story of the children and mother who will never get old due to a voodoo pact the mother made it get quite intense and you get to not only like the characters but feel for them and the endless life the have to endure . fab read highly recommend ⭐️⭐️
