Octavo beige cloth, black lettered to spine (covers bit foxed tips worn some edge fading but sound) 160pp includes half title and titlepage. Endpapers with minor foxing but all other pages clear, paper bit tanned but not brittle, clean and supple. *Starting with Gerald Manley Hopkins and W.B. Yeats includes Ezra Pound, D.H.Lawrence, Edith Sitwell, Marianne Moore, Robert Graves, John Betjeman, W.H. Auden and lots more up to Dylan Thomas and Ruthven Todd. An interesting compilation with 5 page introduction by T.S. Eliot discussing what modernity is in poetry, why Hopkins and Yeats shuld be included though they are of an older generation etc.
