Slightly smaller, thicker book, red-brown leather spine, gilt lettering and design bright on spine despite damage to leather, all-edges gilt, black-checkered cloth boards slightly faded and worn overall, green decorations inside covers and adjacent end papers, pink-tinted photo of Sitting Bull as frontispiece, some illustrations and photos throughout, 587 lightly browned pages. Badly worn at tips and bottom of long front edge above tip, leather spine worn overall with thin chips and tears at spine top and bottom edges, spine top left also. Fair.
