The hardcover book is in good minus condition, free from bends, and writing. There is light toning on the end pages and along the page edges. The pull out map has a tear along one of the folds. The boards are in good minus condition with edge wear, rubbing and a tiny tear on the top of the spine. The binding is tight and square.
