A critical and theoretical study into the movement of vocabulary between French and Italian from early times to the current socio-cultural setting. Written by Thomas Edward Hope, an English professor of French and romance philology. In the original green cloth binding. Externally, excellent. Original price clipped dust wrappers are very smart with light shelf wear to the extremities. Card slip case is also very smart with light shelf wear and the odd mark to the board. Internally, firmly bound. Pages are very bright and clean throughout with the odd light pencil mark. Fine
