London: Taylor and Hessey. Used - Good. 1818. Three quarter leather with marbled paper covered boards. 8vo. xv & 114 pp. Howes 467. Significant shelf wear, scuffing, and rubbing to boards, especially along edges and joints. Head of spine chipped away, title label on spine mostly missing. Relatively faint toning and slight foxing to pages. Some pencilled margin notes to text. Newspaper clipping pasted to blank rear endpapes along with inscription. Altogether a copy in Good condition. (Subject: Chicago, Illinois, & Midwest.)
