Binding is firm. Previous owner's inscriptions to front endpapers and rear pastedown. Boards and spine have minimal shelf-wear, with mild corner bumping and crushing to ends. Gilt remains bright. Light rubbing and scuffing overall. Clipped jacket. Label to left flap. Heavy water and ink staining to spine. Moderate tanning to all surfaces, heaviest to spine and edges. Moderate edgewear, with visible loss to spine ends.
