Very good copy. Peter Berek and wife, county of Cambria, 'hath applied for one hundred and thirty nine acres of land improved bounded on the west by land of Lloyd and Henaker on the south by land warranted to James Nelson & on the east by Robt. Means & others, Situate in Cambria Township. Executed August 19th, 1853. Document signed by McConnell and Brawley. Embossed state seal upper left. Document stained. Old tape repair to torn portion upper right. Previously folded into quarters.
