Belles vues panoramique du pont d'Essek (pont Osijek), de la ville de Waitzen (Vac), de la forteresse de Vizegrad, de la ville de Zrinyiujvar et StatuMare, du chateau de Tokay (Tokaj), de la forteresse de Plünderburgh, de la forteresse de Ziget (Sziget) toutes situées en Hongrie et gravées par Gaspar Bouttats (1640-1695). L'éditeur anversois Jacques Peeters a publié en 1686 une série de gravures liées à la guerre Habsbourg-Ottoman (1683-1699) et à l'Empire ottoman, y compris les vues méditerranéennes et les vues des lieux bibliques. Ces eaux-fortes sont réalisées par Gaspar Bouttats, Lucas Vorstermans et Coenraad Lauwer. Quelques Inscriptions anciennes à l'encre bistre, brunissures out rousseurs dans les marges. -------------------------, 18 x 27,5 cm, laid paper. Magnificent bird's eye-town-view of the Essek bridge (Osijek bridge), of Waitzen (Vac), of the fortress of Vizegrad, views of Zrinyiujvar and StatuMare, view of the castle of Tokaj, view of the fortress of Vizegrad, view of the fortress of iget (Sziget) all in Hungary. Etched by Gaspar Bouttats (1640-1695). The Antwerp based publisher Jacques Peeters published in1686 a series of prints related to the Habsburg-Ottoman war (1683-1699) and the Ottoman Empire, including Mediterranean views and views of biblical places. The etchings a re done by Gaspar Bouttats, Lucas Vorstermans and Coenraad Lauwers. Some view have brown ink handwritten inscriptions in the margins or some broxning or foxings.
