Full-color frontispiece and black and white illustrations throughout. Limited Edition of 1500 copies. Inscribed by Author: "To Sidney W. Davidson,/patron of the arts, with/the admiration of his/friend/RWG Vail/dec. 1954" Very Good, foxing to edges of text block, and first and last few pages, rubbing to gilt on top edge, otherwise clean, binding square and sound, in Very Good dust jacket with 1/4" chip missing from head of spine, age-toning and light foxing overall.
