New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1948. First edition. 4to, unpaginated. Full page and vignette color illustrations and folk songs throughout. Signed and inscribed to the former owner with an original watercolor by Politi on the ffep and dated in 1948. Publisher's two tone cloth boards stamped in red in illustrated jacket. Some toning and edge wear to boards. Jacket rubbed along folds and chipped at spine ends and corners. Very good.
