London: W. Jeffs. Good+. 1861. Hardcover. 1861 first edition in English after the French edition. Complete set of two volumes. Both volumes have been re-cased, with the original spine laid over. There is wear and rubbing to the spine edges and corners, with the corners worn through. Volume 1 has discolored and faded spots on the front cover and the front cover is bowed outward a bit. The text blocks on both volumes are tight and the pages are clean and complete. The plates and map are present and in very good condition. A significant imprint in Mormon history. .
