Clark; preface by William Penn; pp title, lix, 679, 27; Original full leather w/five raised bands on spine and gilt on red title. Edges and tips scuffed. Front board hinge leather split, and it is weak but attached. Bookplate on inside front cover, w/quill pen signature on 1st blank. Early owner ink signed the title page and later owner cut off the signature (a small strip across the top), but leaving the top title line with "A" still mostly visible.
