Most with rubber-stamps (ex-library, Natural History Society of Maryland), brief ink to wrappers, with spine end tears and light rubbing, a few lesser. International shipping billed at cost. ; Collection of 43 vintage digests pertaining to agriculture within the United States, issued by the Department of Agriculture, 1932-42. Topics range from plants and insects to soil make-up, insecticides, tobacco, birds, milk, hops, chickens, and more. First published 1913, ran about 78 issues, ceasing after WWII (1949). Held in copious libraries, nearly all have been digitized by the USDA. These particular issues were overseen by M.C. Merrill, then chief publisher at the Department. Main goal of the journal was to educate and provide the farming and scientific communities with as much contemporary data as possible, and subjects varied widely, acting also as a platform for aspiring professionals.
