Unbumped spine head and tail, with sharp corners. The text block is firmly bound in. 343 numbered pages, including hundreds of full-color, full-page plates. Neatly affixed to the title page with a small piece of invisible tape is the business card of the author. Else no demerits observed. An immensely clean and crisp interior. The book is almost certainly unread. A Near Fine copy. No dust jacket, [as issued?]. A scare copy in any condition. Weight 4 lbs. 6 oz. This book was published in association with the world's first comprehensive exhibition, at the Shenzhen Wangye Museum, of the Shanxi kiln industry. It is a comprehensive guide to Jin ceramics with sections on the Datong, Huairen, Hunyuan, Yuci, Pingding, Jiaocheng, Pingyang, Jiexiu, Huozhou, Hejin and Changzhi kilns of Shanxi Provence. Featured are 218 ceramic pieces spanning the 12th to 19th centuries.
