London: Collins, 1967. First edition (ie first impression), hardback. 12mo (20cm by 13cm), 160pp. 4 illustrations by Mays. Original grey cloth, dustwrapper. Slight bumping to the corners of the boards, minor spotting to the edges of the text block, else the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (some chafing of the edges). The dustwrapper has now been put in a mylar cover to protect it.
