Joseph Schindelman. near fine in very good jacket. second issue of the first edition with five line colophon. book is near fine with the burgundy boards, mustard endpapers and chocolate topstain. there is a previous owner bookplate and inscription on the ffep. the jacket is very good. there are some closed tears to the seams in jacket. a short closed tear to lower front a smudge on the bottom of the back. those faults aside as is usual for this jacket given its color and age it remains quite bright and complete. 2nd
