Green cloth covered hardcover boards with gilt lettering on front cover and spine. Binding tight and text clean. Former owner's name and address stamped on FFE and inside front cover. Edgewear around all margins and head and tail of spine. Age toning to pages.
As Chairman of the newly founded Committee on Public information under Woodrow Wilson's Administration, Creel become the mastermid behind the US Government's propaganda campaign in Great War (WWI). This was his political call for the freedom of Ireland from English Rule.
Mylar protected.
