Part 1 published 1902 and Part 2 in 1906, both Fifth Edition (stated). 212 pp. with folding maps and plans,index plus 64 pp. of adverts at rear, some illustrated; 235 pp.with folding maps and plans, index plus 80 pp. adverts at rear, some illustrated. Both volumes have ownership signatures and places dated 1907 on the vesro of the front free endpaper map. Near fine, gilt lettering bright, Vol. 2 bowed.
