Graves focuses on efficiency as a means to improving one's life, giving aphorisms throughout, tending toward New Thought style philosophy. This issue discusses money making tips, a cure for constipation, a discussion and analysis of the 18 Day Hollywood Diet and the dangers of mixing food, etc. GOOD condition. Some wrinkling, soiling, creasing and edgewear. Small area of the cover surface peeled off at the lower rear corner.
