New York: G.P. Putnam's Sons, 1985. First Edition, First Printing. Hardcover. Very Good. 239p. Ex-library. A hardcover book in very good condition with a like dustjacket. Discreetly ex-library, with a small sticker and card pocket residue on the rear endpaper, but no other markings. Contains the signature of Chicago-based professional musician Donald Knight. Text clean and binding tight. The jacket is price-clipped and has some paste stains on the flaps. It is encased in an old mylar cover. Illustrated with two sections of black and white photographs.
