Fine in bright, crisp dust jacket. Hardcover. 279 pp. The "autobiography" of Hall of Fame quarterback Joe Namath that came ohard on the heels of his New York Jets upset the Baltimore Colts in Super Bowl III (in which he was named MVP). At the time Joe Willie (age 26) was the reigning sports sex symbol and known for his off-the-field high living, especially in New Yorks' Upper East Side. From the jacket blurb: "This book is my story, of football and all the other important things in my life---blondes and brunettes and Johnnie Walker Red. I like girls, I like Scotch. I like to relax. And I believe in doing anything I like to do as long as it doesn't hurt me or anybody else". There's football stuff in here, too.
