George Bell and Sons, 1904. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1904. No Edition Remarks. 169 pages. No dust jacket. Brown cloth with black decoration and gilt lettering. Contains black and white photographic frontispiece, with other plates throughout. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed, but text remains clear. Plates are brighter. Binding is firm. Pencil inscriptions to front free endpaper. Deckled edges. Boards have light shelf-wear, with minor corner bumping and denting to edges. Spine and edges are heavily tanned, with visible splitting to ends. Gilt remains bright. Visible marks overall.
