Illustrated by many engravings in the text and by coloured and photographic and other plates. Colour folding anatomical models at rear of each volume. V.g. in quarter bound black leather spines with maroon cloth boards, 4 raised bands with gilt motif inbetween each band and with gilt lettering on brown leather label to spines. Marbling to edges of textblocks. No markings or inscriptions. Both volumes are in excellent condition.
