The blue covers are bright, with just a bit of wear at edges and corners. The dust jacket is not price-clipped and is in very good condition, with minor wear at the top and bottom of the spine. The attached scan should give a better idea of condition. The jacket is now in a protective mylar cover. Synopsis: The dust jacket states that the stories in the book represent "Mitchison's finest stories of Greece and Rome." Each story is preceded by a short introduction to explain its background.
