Clipped jacket has heavy edgewear with some areas of loss, heavy tears, chips and, creasing. Noticeable tanning to spine. Some rubbing to surfaces. Scuffing to edges.

Yellow DJ is a little grubby and age-darkened at spine and edges with chipping to edges and small chip to top of spine. DJ is now protected in purpose-made clear archival plastic sleeve. The book is mildly discoloured at edges with greater discolouration corresponding to DJ chip. Black & white cartoons. 92 pages. Fougasse's cartoons reproduced from Punch. A humorous look at Britain during war. Fougasse was the pen name for Cyril Bird [1887-1965]. He was the art editor and then editor of Punch from 1937 to 1953.
