The Holy Bible Containing the Old and New Testaments, in full calf binding with gilt.Translated out of the original tongues, and with the former translations diligently compared and revised, by his majesty's special command. Appointed to be read in Churches. A lovely small pocket-sized bible on India paper. Undated. Cambridge University Press address stated as 'Fetter Lane', which they published from between 1905 and 1937. Paper attached to the first free paper attempting to cover prior owner's children's ink inscriptions. In full calf binding. Externally, very smart. There is some slight rubbing to the head and tail of the spine and to the extremities. The front joint is slightly cracked. Internally, firmly bound.
