London: Macmillan & co, 1963. Thirdt edition (hardback), volume 2 (of 2) only. 8vo (23cm by 15cm), xx, 616pp. 16 plates and a folding map. Original blue cloth, dustwrapper. Bookplate to the front pastedown, minor spotting to the edges of the boards, else the book is in very good condition. The dustwrapper is in good condition (a little rubbed and scuffed, label removed from the spine panel). Please note that this is volume 2 only.
