Signed. First Edition. Very good. Biographical sketches of early settlers of Parker County, Texas, west of Ft. Worth. Book has small spots of white staining on the cover and there is light foxing on the front fly leaf and title page. There is light, even toning. The binding is tight, the corners are square and the pages are clean and unmarked. Book is inscribed to Norman Hines, graduate of Mineral Wells H S and SMU and prominant Dallas attorney. The author has dated, inscribed and signed on the front free end page.
