J.M.Dent, 1910. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1910. First Edition Thus. 353 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth with gilt lettering. Translated by George Rawlinson. Pages are moderately tanned and foxed throughout. Hinges are cracked with exposed netting. Cracking to gutters, with exposed netting. Binding weakened but remains secure. Pen and pencil inscription to front endpapers and rear pastedown. Some heavy annotations to pages. Boards have heavy edge-wear with bumping to corners, crushing to spine ends and rub wear all over. Small splits to upper hinges. Gilt lettering is slightly darkened.
