London: John Murray, 1873. New and Revised Edition. Hardcover. Very Good. Thick Octavo. Pp. xv, 644. Colour frontispiece, 12 full-page plates (10 in colour), and numerous textual illustrations. Original cloth, gilt medalion stamped on front cover, gilt lettered spine, no d/w. Minor wear to extremities, spine gilt a little dulled, endpapers foxed, but overall a very good copy.
