Boston: The Chapple Publishing Co., 1905. Hardcover. Very Good. VERY GOOD in maroon cloth with gilt titles, nice pastedown photo of woman with 'the old scrap book.' . A VG copy of this collection of prose and verse submitted by 50,000 Americans in a contest initiated by the National Magazine in 1904. Boards show light rubbing at spine tips and corners, binding square & tight, previous owner's name and short inscription on ffep. All text pages excellent.
