About This Item
A New Directions Paperbook, 1967. SIGNED. Cid Corman, editor of Origin roughly 1950-2003, almost always read a book with pen in hand. Cid also almost always signed all of his personal books from his library and dated when receiving or purchasing the book. Cid also often would note, if a gift, and who had sent the gift -- many times another poet. His personal books range from heavy annotation from Cid where he often in unique marginalia would correct the author, agree with the author, argue with the author and leave it to Cid the often ultimate proofreader to correct the publisher. Close to fine and bright glossy wraps with strong spine and with crisp bright text throughout. In this case, annotated here and there by Cid Corman.
