A very good, clean, tight copy in good plus jacket. Original publisher's grey cloth boards - gilt embossed to the spine. Burgundy endpapers. Upper edge dyed red as called for. Some 869 guns or other armaments illustrated in a lengthy photographic plate section in the middle of the book. No inscriptions. A very good plus, clean, tight copy in good plus jacket. The extreme tips of the lower two or three page corners have been turned. The jacket has not been price-clipped. It has a little yellowing to the verso caused by old sellotape repairs, several short tears which have been expertly repaired and a number of nicks - some of which have been repaired. It also has some shelf wear and rubbing to the peripheries. A very good plus, clean, tight copy in good plus jacket.
