Volume 8 of the of the reprint or the original 1881-1885 series: "Campaigns of the Civil War;" 3 volumes of the original series were devoted to "The Navy in the Civil War," this book includes that 3rd volume as well as the Supplement volume in the original series. Includes two separate books as noted above. Both books in the current volume appears to be reprinted from the original; each contains an index. This is a nice clean, tight and unmarked book with no interior or exterior markings; original blue cloth binding with silver on black spine lettering. ; Campaigns of the Civil War Vol. III Series; Maps; 8vo, 8"- 9" tall; 267; 343 pages .
