Exterior shows late dampstains on the backboard in the lower outside corners of both sides. Front board also has light spots. Front board is embossed with the original owner's name - this book belong to the Hon. Fritz G. Lanham. Mr. Landham was a member of the US House of Representatives from the state of Texas (in office 1919-1947). Interior binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages are tone due to age scattered spotting and foxing is present. Only handwriting found in book is on the front end page, which has the signature of another owner (Louis W. Woods) written in pen along the top edge. The extreme bottom corner is bumped and shows a very light pink stain on the first dozen or so pages. No other handwriting found in book. The low condition grade is because of the dampstains on the exterior boards.
