About This Item
New York: McGraw-Hill. Good in Good dust jacket. 1968. First Edition. Hardcover. A reading copy only, but good for a guffaw. This copy was withdrawn from a library whose brutal custom was to glue the jacket flaps to the endpapers. The jacket looks fine, but can't be removed. The text is clean and pristine, but the pages are a little warped--perhaps the book was subjected to humidity, or maybe it's just a function of the paper. Quite readable nonetheless.; Ex-library .
