This great essay on the early history of California's exterior has worn areas on the top, bottom, and right and left edges, on all four corners, slight wearing along parts of the left and right side of the spine, and faded lettering on the spine, otherwise has green front and rear boards with gold lettering on the front cover. The interior has the word "Americana" on the first page in from the inside front cover but other than that, has no other visible extraneous markings, has some of the original condition uncut pages, and some cut for easier reading, has tight bindings and clear printing.
