Overall, apart from the minor 'faults', as detailed above, this is an Excellent, Very Clean, Tight and Bright, 'Very Good' copy. "The Golden Age of British Photography reinterprets the history of nineteenth-century British photography and presents for the first time the full range and depth of its great achievements. Photos from the V&A & other archives. Features the best known: Talbot’s view of his breakfast table, work from Cameron, Hill & Adamson or Fenton to Martin’s turn-of-the- century beach scenes. Also Lady Hawarden’s photos of young women. Plus photos of the lesser known- Horatio Ross, a sportsman who shot outdoor daguerreotypes.
