About This Item

Garden City, NY: Doubleday & Company, 1956. Pictorial boards. Very Good +/Near Fine. Robert Bright. A very presentable copy of the 1956 stated 1st edition. Tight and VG+ (tiny amount of light crayon at the front pastedown and the front free endpaper) in a crisp, price-intact ($1.75), Near Fine dustjacket, with one closed tear to the bottom of the front flap-fold and just a hint of very light chipping at the spine ends. Oblong quarto, nicely illustrated by the author Robert Bright himself.
