This includes a preface on the Sian Incident, and biography of Chiang Kai-Shek, his thoughts on the "Economic Reconstruction of China," and "Railway Development in China." With a piece by Madame Chiang Kai-Shek on the New Life Movement. FAIR/GOOD condition. Moderate to heavy spotting and staining to the covers. Area of whitish discoloration to the top rear cover. Minor soiling. Cloth frayed at the spine tips and corners. Owner's name on the first endpaper. Heavy browning to the text block.
