New Amsterdam Books, 1987. Hardcover. Used - VeryGood/Good. Hardcover in very good condition. Jacket has 3 small tears on the top of the spine that have been taped. There is foxing on the inside of the jacket as usual. Cloth covering boards are burnt orange with gilted lettering along the spine. There are several black & white artistic photos throughout the book. This book is in very good condition.
