Hardcover. hardback, large 8vo, green cloth blocked with a gilt border and lettered gilt to spine, top edge gilt, a very well preserved tightly bound copy with a clean and unmarked text, unusually this copy is complete with the original unclipped dust wrapper which is lightly marked & has small loss at head of a dulled spine, fifteen coloured illustrations by T J Rawlins, a reprint of the 1837 Ackermann edition with a new 47 page Introduction by Eric Parker. Very uncommon in the jacket..
