New York: The Macaulay Company, 1927. First Edition. Leather. Very Good. Artzybasheff, Boris. 4to. 268 pp. Burgundy calf with bold gilt titling, spine rebacked with new leather, sunned to a reddish orange. Heavy scuffing and rubbing to leather, with board edges and corners exposed. Top edge gilt, new stuck-on endbands, pictorial endpapers. Inner hinge splitting before title page, with first signature starting to detach but holding. Otherwise fine inside, with bright, tipped in, color plates throughout. Illustrated by Boris Artzybasheff.
