John Charles Frémont or Fremont (1813 - 1890) was an intrepid American explorer, military officer, and politician.<br /> <br /> INSCRIBED by Author! Superior overall condition. Band of offset darkening on front endpapers (probably caused by a newspaper clipping left too long).<br /> <br /> EXCELLENT BIO SIGNED & in NF CONDITION! No previous owner or remainder marks.
