Loughborough: Wills & Hepworth Ltd. Very Good in Good dust jacket. 1953. Seventh Printing. Hardcover. 18 cm. Sound and square binding in paper-covered boards with front board illustrated. The corners and spine ends are bumped. There is a tiny tear to the front edge of the upper board. Gift inscription on front pastedown endpaper. Inside pages are clean and bright, with a few short, crinkles to the pages, which were done in printing, and a tiny bump to the top edge of a couple of pages. Dustjacket has a 1" hole on the front panel with some additional loss of colour around its edges. The bottom edge has some crease marks. There is a sticker pull mark and some soiling on the rear panel. The corners are worn. Rear flap has a corner crease. It is price clipped. One of the Ladybird series 474 titles. Scarce, in jacket. Shipping costs may be reduced due to weight and size of book. .
