London: Cassell, Petter, Galpin & Co., 1881. Cloth. Good. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall. Slightly smaller, thick book, brown mottled cloth with embossed smooth borders to front and back, bright purple lettering very fine on spine, brown color inside covers and adjacent end papers, tiny blue sticker inside front cover, crease at bottom tip of first front end paper, slight wear to inner front hinge. From the Celts to Queen Victoria, 914 lightly browned pages. Badly worn at tips, tiny tears and badly worn at spine top and bottom edges. Near Good.
