Quarto; in mottled calf with a single rule in gilt to the perimeter of the boards; with gilt spine and morocco label; gilt roll to the turn-ins, and marbled endpapers; [5], 416 pages; 104 pages, with errata page; with engraved portrait by James Basire as frontispiece; with a silk ribbon marker; there is the beginnings of separation to the ends fo the gutters, but the boards are holding well.~~An attractive copy of the First Edition. Very Good binding.
